Overview:

Xanax(Alprazolam) is a common drug to relieve symptoms of anxiety and other panic disorders caused by depression. However, Xanax can result in addiction; therefore, in many countries, such as the United States, Canada, and Australia, Xanax is part of a group of prescription drugs called benzodiazepines. In other words, Xanax is only legally available by prescription. It is equally important to note that Xanax increases the risk of addiction in patients, which may lead to long-term abuse if you are confident that the addiction will always lead to long-term abuse.


Medical Uses:

Xanax is mainly used to treat anxiety disorders and panic disorders, including sudden attacks of fear. Moreover, Xanax can relieve nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy.

  4. Increased saliva production

  5. Change in sex drive
